Hi team,
I booked videocon tv32' on 12.08.2016 with order no:ds37863 on www.dhamaalshop.com but till now product has not been deliver as well as i tried to contact the customer care many times which was provided on dhamaalshop portal but numbers are not working.
Please find the attached screen shot for more detail about booking of order and confirmation of order booked.
Please help us to get our money back as we no longer want the product as there is no response from the dhamaalshop also not sure if they will sent the genuine product in such case.
