Dear Sir/Madam,
The said Chennai based company (Indiafilings.com) has undertaken a paid set of activities against payment of INR 15000 for Haryana VAT registration for my company Brahmi Wright Technologies Private Limited (Bengaluru).
This has been stated to us as completed multiple times without actual completion. Since August this is causing immense business loss and loss of reputation with Suppliers. The input credit for taxes is getting lost.
They cause immense mental trauma by changing the requirements and status on their website without working.
In-spite of escalations right up-to their managing director (Mr. Lionel), he places very untrained junior people on case who aren't capable of handling a customer interaction to frustrate our people.
They are now refusing to meet/cooperate with and handover the activity to our lawyer in Delhi, who has been hired to complete this activity separately.
We request this forum to secure the documentation and real completion status. In the wake of their incapability, we request for the claims as attached to cover our losses.
