Bajaj finance ltd Charging of fee for not using bajaj EMI card

My bajaj EMI card no Is 2030400099816706 and mobile no is 8130787360 [kamal kumar omar] got message that Rs.117-will be charged in may 2018 for not using of EMI card, wher as I was not informed for any charge at the time of issue of card. Further I have also intimated to bajaj cust care to deactivte the card, They confirm the same but still I am getting message for charges.plz deactivate my card
