Dear Sir/Ma'am
I have placed an Order #40071572 for NIKE OG Blue Green Shoes For Men - Size 8.5 for Rs. 1,878/- from www.SHOPPINGOUTLET.in on 14-Nov-2016 anticipating the product to be 100% genuine as per the pictures and guidelines listed on their website. I would like to get this product returned and my amount refunded back to my account on priority. I have already communicated to the company thrice through emails and phone call but they are not giving any heed to it. Every time they respond back to refer company's return & exchange policy but on the same page they have also written that "...all our products are 100% Genuine..." which means authentic & original product– leave aside all the refund & return conditions when they can’t even confer with their wordings. They even generated two tickets against my query - 13345 & 13278 but are not working against resolving it. I have already shared the product images with them which you can review at http://imgur.com/a/C45d3 . They are duping the customer by luring them with stock photos of the product and not the actual pictures.
The fake Nike Shoe pair which I have received has the following defects:
1. It lack proper finish with uneven shape.
2. It is not robust & sturdy to wear or even to hold (feel) it on hands.
3. Stitching, seam & material is ripping off at places.
4. Product labeling is not there on either side of the box which is even present on the factory seconds and the one on the tongue of the shoe has double sticker on it.
5. Sole is bent and feels like more of plastic than the regular Phylon/BRS rubber sole.
I don’t want any replacement of this product as I have lost trust in this company and refund is to be made. Do understand that the amount which I have spent is my hard earned money which deserves originality.
Kindly arrange the pick-up of the product immediately – the tags are intact and the product is absolutely unused.
