I was informed that they would investigate the below and wont charge me. The disputed transactions are on my statement already.
Payments have gone to HDFC life 3 times as I received emails stating that my 1st 2 attempts have failed. So I made the payment 3rd time which reflected as successful. Those 2 unsuccessful transactions are converted to loans (EMIs). They aren't reversed yet. Customer services aren't just understanding and passing the buck between HDFC CreditCard and HDFC LIFE and I'm being pushed from pillar to post. I fail to understand why you are enjoying causing distress to me. I sent emails to both HDFC LIFE and credit cards to no avail, lost the count, sent over Rs. 500 trying to sort mess that their system has created. They arent even acknowledging reimbursing that. The only explanation I got it was a system issue but no one has done anything to resolve it. The issue isn't still resolved but more complicated by reversing the transaction which was successful. The failed transactions were are now in my reflecting in loans and converted to EMIS under credit card, these shouldn't have gone as I received emails stating that transactions have failed. Kindly reversed those. I dont have words to express my disappointment!!
I've now contacted HDFC on 11, 12, 13, 21, 22 December 2016,
26th and 27th December. This an email trail going back and forth as if I don't have anything better to do.
