Fraud trasaction happened on my credit card no 554623290662971

Fraud transaction were happened on my Standard Charted bank Credit card 5546232906622971 amounting Rs 72,386-00, for which we telephonic ally requested them do the stop payment through their payment gateway parterner Emwantage, also raised the transaction dispute form with Standard Charted Bank but they have not taken any action they insisting us to pay the amount.However we got back payment of Rs 45,000-00 form M/s Emyntra.com.
Remaining Amount of Rs 32,568-00. yet to received, Standardcharted bank insisting me to pay 32,000-00+ accumulated interest of Rs 53,000-00. But We are not in a position to pay the amount & the bank blocked the card & their collection persons were behind me for the payment.
