Fraud transaction not stop by Axis Bank Visa Credit card

I rajendra Narkhede , Axis Visa Credit card no:- 4111 4603 0011 4602 , had international fraud transaction of 86804.4 INR, its 100% fraud transaction, I requested bank to stop this payment but bank refusing same.
