Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention about the whole SBI credit card fiasco happened with me.

The series of incidents are as follows :
In 2006, I had applied for credit card in SBI branch (Borivali West). 
I got a credit card kit which had an envelope with the PIN in it (sealed form). This did not contain credit card inside it.
Later, I received a DD amounting INR 10,000/- via courier.
However, I could not use the DD since I had not got the credit card yet, hence have preserved the DD & the PIN in the sealed format even today.
But from hereon, i.e. somewhere in the year 2007 onwards, the entire torture of SBI credit card department began.
I started getting calls regularly from Recovery Agents asking to repay the outstanding amount. The calls were tormenting in nature & in spite of continuously telling them that the credit card was never received & the DD & PIN remain unutilized, the recovery team continued the harassment of calling regularly, sending their representatives at my home & abusing verbally to me & my family members as well. 
Later, I lodged a police complaint of  this incident which stated that I haven't received any credit card from the bank & the bank representatives were harassing me like anything.
Copy of FIR was sent to your NOIDA office along with a letter stating the incident. Post this, I stopped receiving calls for recovery & as well as no more statements of pending dues were sent to me.
This entire incident ranged in a span of 9 years almost.
However, recently I had applied for vehicle loan, personal loan & housing loan in various banks but it is not getting approved by any bank.
On further enquiry with the bank, I got to know that my CIBIL score in the bank records is low & there is outstanding payment with regards to credit card hence any loans are not getting approved.
This incident has left me helpless without any fault of mine & without receiving the credit card till date from the bank.
Requesting your urgent attention & quick action as I want to avail loans from the bank for personal reasons. This is very frustrating to me as well as my family.
