Hello,
I'm writing with reference to the Loan # DMI0006201391, which shows overdue in my CIBIL report, however this loan never belonged to me in the past. I hav reported this erroneous reporting Stashfin numerous time to resolution till date. I hav been folowing up on this concern since January 2021, unfortunately nothing seems to have been done despite them acknowledging it on an email (Refer below).
It's impacting my score very badly and affecting my peace of mind as there's no resposibility or ownership being taken to resolve. I'm very disappointed and frustrated having dealt with it for a very long time and they are not even providing any assistance. I humbly request with folded-hands, please close the loan account, report it to the bureaus, and have my score updated accordingly.
