I have been offered credit card from HDFC Bank without any annual fees, if I add an utility bills for smart pay. I provided them all documents including details of an utility bills and clearly mentioned them, if there is any issue or any charges, please don't issue me credit card. But they issued credit card without adding utility bills and later they told my utility bill can't be registered. So I clearly told them to close the card, since I don't wanted to have a priced card, but they didn't closed my card even after multiple request. After some time I received message that I've been charged annual fees. Due to Bank and its executives my credit rating can also be affected. I'm continuously asking them to support, but they're keep repeating you have been issued priced, pay the bills, but why should I pay for the cheating and mistakes of Bank and its executives. I request you to kindly help me from the Bank’s unfair charges and policies.
