Dear Sir/Madam,
I Kalpana Hari Singh Bist having Kotak Mahindra Credit Card No. 0004166452441894388 which is showing 6012.36 due or oustanding from me for the expense which I have not incurred. Since 1 and half year I am notgetting credit card statement and I have not used this credit card since 2 years. Eventhough I am not getting credit card statement in Email Id registered with bank and not to my registered home addresse with. Their Credit Card department calling every now and then following up for due on credit card for which I have not been informed through any written bill which as Customer I should be informed and given by bank. How A bank can give overdue reminder for the credit card payment. Several time I had asked them to forward me credit card statement wherein I have been shown that I have used their credit card while any purchase or paying any my personal bills. till date I have not received any bill or credit card statement from them.
Please help me in sorting out this forced payment of credit card due.I have been mentally tortured by the customer care executive of Kotak Bank of Goregaon East branch. Please help me in this matter

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Kindly bring certain limitation on due charges payment or late payment charges ,charged by Kotak Bank on their Credit Card payment at not defined interest rate on late payment. These kind of bank just not providing timely statement wherein card holder should be provided their consumption detail or any money used detail from their credit card. But Kotak Bank are issuing monthly credit card statement and forcing customer of credit card to make undue charges though card is not used by me since 1.5 years. My credi t card number is 0004166452441894388. since one year I have never used this credit card. Now I am afraid to use credit card of any bank as they are charging any unlimited amount. Please look into this matter at the earliest.
