I Dr Peri Parkhiya, wants to file a complaint against DTDC courier, i have booked a parcel for JUNAGADH (GUJ) on 3rd of August 2017 with
Consign No- Z33027868.(costing Rs 150.00)
We have sent " 3 (Three) ITEMS" in one envelop (RAKHI GIFTS).
The parcel was booked from KHOSALA BOOK STORE, SECTOR 32 MARKET CHANDIGARH ,a sub booking office of DTDC whose MAIN OFFICE is in SECTOR 45 CHANDIGARH BEHIND CIVIL HOSPITAL SECTOR 45 CHANDIGARH.
The parcel was received on time but out of "3 (three) items, 1 (ONE) item was missing from envelope (i.e only 2 items were received at receivers end).
The envelop was slightly damaged.
And the one of the two items received was open.
so, there was some tampering done either during relaying or during transporting the consignment.
We have contacted "DTDC Sector 45 Chandigarh office" behind civil hospital and authorities did not give a clear solution and denied any mistake from their part and opposite to it they claimed that the consumer is at fault and claimed that only two items were sent by consumer.
Neither at the booking center they noted regarding the number of items we are sending nor they did weigh out consignment, all those fields are blank on receipt.
The missing item was worth Rs725.00
