Trackon parcel delivered to somebody else, i booked a parcel from lucknow to delhi

i booked a parcel from lucknow to delhi on 27 april 2018, awb no: 1345525635, but they delievred it to somebody else, the client didnt received the parcel. when i checked online the re is somebody else's signature in the receiver, the person who has signed is no wheere related to me or to the my client. and it have been two months since i have been tracking asking for help , trackon is not at all helping.
