My name is vijit jain and i am a practicing CA in meerut (up).
On 30th April 2018, i booked a courier from a shop in meerut and address of the shop is (New Business Centre, Near BSNL ofiice, Tej gari Chopla, Meerut, UP PH: no is 9412205267).
This courier was booked from Meerut to Nagpur and which contain some urgent papers.
On 4th May 2018 (after 4 days), when courier was not delivered to the Nagpur, i called to the shop keeper and then shop keeper called to the company then the company replied that courier is missing.
Courier company is DTDC, order no is Z58147734 and the officer name of courier company is neelesh and his contact no is 9319138215.
Kindly take appropriate action against the DTDC courier company.
