Very late delivery of consigment complaint against Blue Dart Express

My consignment, which was dispatched from Bangalore on Oct 13, 2017 reached the destination on Oct 24, 2017 in the evening. The publisher Inkhorn, who dispatched the books had assured me that the consignment will be delivered to me on or before Oct 17, 2017 as per the assurance given by Blue Dart to him. Later, the website of the Blue Dart shown that its delivery is expected till Oct 18, 2017. Subsequently, the website shown the status that the consignment reached Ghaziabad on Oct 19, 2017. The screenshot of the same is attached. If the Consignment had reached Ghaziabad on Oct 19, why the same was not delivered to me on time. The delivery boy said that he was merely a driver and not the employee of the company. The company boy who said his name is Manoj assured me that he will provide me in written the reasons for the late delivery, but he did not turned up.
Due to late delivery I was forced to order of the publication of the books in urgency that cost me Rs 12000 as my book was to be launched on Oct 17, 2017. Highly irresponsible attitude on part of the Blue Dart put my prestige at stake. The order of the books also cost me an additional burden of 50 books, which were of no use after the date of book launched passed.
Blue Dart was known to be a company of repute that is why we chose this courier to carry our consignment. But the entire episode proved us wrong.
In view of the above, we are of the view that the company should pay the additional burden incurred and a fine for the late delivery as it hurt our prestige.Company must pay pay us the additional expenses, which were to the tune of Rs 20,000 and a penalty of equal amount

    Very bad service of blue dart. Urgent courier not deliver on time I am sending courier on 25 Nov 20 and always customer care tell me that it will be send tomorrow but tomorrow not come. Today 3rd December and customer care saying ur courier will delivere tomorrow.. very bad service
