Complaint for No joining date, selected in off campus recruitment drive by company FUSION 49

With due regards, I wish to say that I was selected in offcampus recruitment drive by company FUSION 49 and received a mail in june 2016 that i was selected for recruitment and offer letter will be sent soon.
In july, I received another mail stating that my joining has been delayed by 3 months and I will be given joining date and offer letter on 15 aug 2016. But I have not received any offer letter till date and i believe the company's officials are just making fool of mine.
