Respected sir/mam,

I have sent a parcel from hybd( RTC X Roads hyderabad )to rourkela(imtiaz allam, B/26, Koel bank, Khariabahal, panposh road, sundergarh, Rourkela, odisha, 769004) on 16the sep 2017 by trackon prime having consignment no 7592021.
Your courier person was saying it will reach by 18/19 th sep 2016.While I am tracking it it is mentioned that it is already forwarded to rourkela on 18th 3pm. Today is 20th still we have not get that.The reciever whom i sent that parcel had gone to trackon courier today 20th and yesterday 19th for enquire because your agent have not recieving his call . Your office in rourkela is 8km away from his home . Today he has gone 2 times. In the evening the agent in rourkela said it might hv stock in kolkata because he already recieved the parcel of 17th and 19th. But my parcel is missing.Whwn I am trying to call the no of RTC X Roads-HYDERABAD, that man is saying he has no details, he has no contact of kolkata agent.

I have tried from my side by collecting the no. from just dial, but they are either not recieving or not rechable.

I have some valuable things there which is important, that is why i have booked in prime given 200rs for that.
It is enough now. It is your responsibility to give detalis why it is delayed. Your branches have no lnk with each other even theyhave not their contact no.

I am requesting you to deliver on tomorrow 21th, .It is very important to me.

Otherwise I will face big problem.I am suffering now also. The reciever is also suffering in rourkela.
