Dear Sir/Madam,

The above mentioned consignment has been booked from Chennai for Jamshedpur on 13.06.2018 which was supposed to reach Jamshedpur on 19.06.2018 but till date we have not received the materials in Jamshedpur, we are continuously following up with Trackon Chennai, Kolkata and Jamshedpur branch over phone since 19.06.2018 but none of the branch is able to give us the exact feedback of the consignment, this consignment is very urgent for us and non delivery of the material to our client by today may lead to Loss of our Future Business with our client.
