My parcel on haldiram sweets was in the RAIH-Raipur Hub, Chhattisgarh for 7 days but wasn't delivered until Rakshabandhan was about to over. I thought to pick up myself but the numbers were all showing busy despite trying multiple times. 1-2 numbers worked but nobody picked up that too during working days. Highly irresponsible. Appear like cheats. Tried to go to the HSR branch but there is no branch at the address mentioned on Google Maps.

Height is the fact that an Auto driver came to deliver the parcel and when I complained, he told he is just an auto driver who was told to deliver the courier. He didn't know anything.
