Not delivered to me on my home

Courier Service Complaint Complaint Date: December 17, 2019
I have a courier from DTDC but DTDC not delivering my courier to my home address. DTDC executive is telling me that you will have to pick up your courier from our office we will not deliver to your home address.you are a private organization and its your responsibility to drop customers courier at their doorstep that's why we are paying a more.
