Dear sir my medicine parcel has been arrived on 11 Jun 18 at professional courier service.5 days past still they didn't deliver to me.Everyday it's manager Ankit purohit told me that today I despatch ur parcel but he didn't do it still now. I am suffering skin disease & the medicine parcel , I have not received due to there negligence.plz do needful & take strict action against professional courier service.thank u
