I sent my headphones for a warranty replacement from Indore to Mumbai on 14th of September. Today is 25th and they have still not delivered it. The headphones were of Rs990 value and the courier charges were Rs50. Either get my courier delivered or provide me a complete refund. This is fraud and as a consumer, I AM PUTTING ALL OPTIONS ON THE TABLE, INCLUDING TAKING LEGAL ACTION. I WILL FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
