not delivered my product, without my concern product was cancelled

I ordered a product Boult Audio Air Bass Free Pods Bluetooth Headset from Flipkart on 11th DEC'20, message came to me on 13th DEC'20 that your product is out for delivery, but product not delivered till 2pm, and also no one will contact me, after 2pm when I saw the message I contact the number mention in the message, and the person replay i will delivered in evening, but not delivered, then again i contact in evening, again he will tell me i will delivered, but not delivering, on next day message came that, order is rejected, as product was not accepted during delivery. regarding this i contact to Flipkart Customer care, but they told expected delivery date is 15th DEC'20 so wait, but today on 16th DEC'20 around 2:30 am message came your order cancelled as not accepted.
