Not deliver of Parcel on time

Courier Service Complaint Complaint Date: August 10, 2022
My parcel containing Rakhi was booked on 03 August 2022 from solan H.P. for Baddi H.P. District Solan but till now on 10.08.2022 it is not delivered at the destination my house and it is lying from many days in the office of DTDC courier Baddi but despite of repeated request the courier service employee denied to deliver the parcel of rakhi even one day before the rakhi festival , while their office is hardly 5 to 10 minutes distance from the destination. This is very disappointing and very poor service and harassment. They were proudly saying that you should raise a complaint against us no issue.
Kindly register my complaint and arrange to do the needful.
