Non delivery of TCS share buy back offer, bought its shares back from the existing shareholders

M/s TCS recently bought its shares back from the existing shareholders. For the purpose it sent tender letters to all its shareholders. AS I did not receive such letter, I inquired with them. In reply they informed me that such offer letter was already sent to me through M/s Blue Dart courier(BD) vide their way bill no.34209259092 in mid May, 2017. I thereupon inquired with BD vide my e-mail dt.21st June,2017.

Without replying to my msg, they sent their boy to deliver the letter on 23rd June at about 6.45 pm i.e. after a period of more than one month. Meanwhile the offer closed & I could not submit my shares to M/s TCS for buy back. Consequent upon non-delivery of the letter in time I had undergone a great financial loss. I therefore, urge to get me compensated the loss from M/s BD because of their gross negligence in performing their duties. I have already prefer my claim on them but they choose to remain silent on this aspect.
