Yesterday, I received a dtdc courier from my mother where she had sent some clothing (4 items) for Durga Puja. When I received the courier and opened the package I found one saree was missing from there ( 3 items received). The weight in the courier slip was also mentioned as 2.5 kg, but when later I got it checked again, it was showing as 1.6kg. Upon further investigation I found that the package had a cut from the side and after taking out the saree, the courier service had again wrapped it with tape over the original tape. Worst service. Big time cheater. How unsafe it's for someone to send something to there loved ones.
