Loss of medicine

I have sent Rs5000 worth medicine from Jabalpur to itarsi on 22nd april,but they lost it and now they are saying it has been fallen through a hole in the bag, my transit no.is 303967741,what a rubbish answer is this, such a worst courier service, they are not refunding my money as well.
