I had to send the courier booked via DTDC from Jabalpur to Singrauli (pincode - 486890), but even after 8 days, it hasn't yet delivered to me. The distance between both cities is merely 450 kms. Nobody at DTDC is responding satisfactorily to my complaint, causing mental harassment to me. The company executives firstly gave me the expected date of delivery as 11/01/2021,then they promised to deliver the courier till 15/01/2021. But all in vain. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible. The DTDC courier service is really pathetic and zero customer centric. They are acting in an irresponsible manner.
