WE WAS SENT ONE COURIER FOR ODISHA AWB NO. Z20825534 DTD. 03/07/2019 BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED COURIER AND NOBODY HELP ME (DTDC COURIER) DTDC COURIER HE SAYING ME THIS COURIER WILL BE DELIVER ON 13/07/19 BUT TILL DAY NOT RECEIVED. I M VERY disappointed WITH DTDC COURIER.

    Rahul Gupta send a parcel containing medic through your agency on dt: 24-07-2019 at tracking No: 11009016729 from Ludhiana to Patiala. We kept waiting for 2-3 days for its delivery but on enquiry it was told by the incharge posted at Patiala namely Ekta on 30-07-2019. She told that the parcel have received on 25-07-2019 but due to unavailability of delivery boy, it couldn't reach to us. I replied that it is purely a lame excuse for explaining the reason by not making timely delivery. She further replied that it is a mistake part on the sender if medicine was so essential for the patient it should have been sent through prime courier. the way of taking was untolerable instead to feeling sorry or make delivery or to inform us on the mobile numbers mention on the courier, such negligence on the party of courier agency is warrants necessary action so as to avoid such delay action. kindly take necessary action under intimation to me. the parcel is still not received.
