Irresponsible and pathetic behaviour DTDC office sheikpet (kanchipuram) branch

I am sorry to inform you that your DTDC office sheikpet (kanchipuram) branch ,has shown a very irresponsible and pathetic attitude towards me, I had sent a courier from Hyderabad to kanchipuram on 29th june 2017 , tracking number (H01653466) it already showed received at this particular office on Saturday (1st July) but they didn't hand over the parcel to the deliver address, and decided to keep it lying in the office itself, on Monday my friend went to their office itself to collect it all by himself but they sent him back saying they do not have the parcel and may be its there in some other office.
Now after all this, I went and enquired in the hyd dtdc office from where I had sent the courier and we got to know it's in this sheikpet office only, today 5th July from morning 10clck I had been making call after call only to keep repeating my tracking details and hearing that they have the parcel and it's out for delivery,and that I can call and check after an hour, every hour I call and there is some new person attending the call again I repeat the number they assure the same but it's not yet received.

It's a kind of metal torture that we are undergoing from yesterday due to this irresponsible staffs, kindly look into the matter.. Worst service providers I must add.
