As above mentioned subject, I booked an important sample parcel in trackon couriers, CN No: 2103105315,dt.5/7/18, from Rajkot, Gujarat to Navi Mumbai.
Till today, i.e.10/7/18, they have lost me sample in transit and are not responding to my calls.
The head of Mumbai branch of trackon courier I contacted is Mr.Gopal, mobile number: +919324499198. Worst service call of trackon couriers. Mr.Gopal says that parcel can get lost, you do as you wish and go to consumer court. Nothing can be done.
As samples could not reach my customer on time, I have suffered a heavy loss of business, as no customer can wait till this much time, also trackon couriers, Mumbai branch are not responding.
