Dear sir/madam
This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by shree anajani courier service pvt. Ltd., ahmedabad, i handed over/booking the packet with reference number 1030238271 on 08-02-2017 at your saraspur branch, and staff member mr satishbhai not deliver the packet at our client address.
Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of this courier company to give details, i have call to saraspur branch more then 8-10 time but not response from (Anajani courier service) site
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately
