I have already for my order, delhivery calls me daily and says that I have refused to take my order

Every second day they call me and say that their delivery boy informed that i have refused to take my delivery however their delivery boy has never contacted me. When I ask them to make a conference call with their delivery boy then they say that have no information regarding the delivery boy. They are actually cheating and nothing else. Is this the way a customer should be treated. Since i have already paid i can do nothing.

Most importantly, the order is of medicine and they are delaying witjout any cause and faking it around. If anything unwanted occurs due to late delivery of the medicine then would they take the blame and compensate.

Please look into it.
