I didn't receive my parcel

Today I suppose to receive my parcel no.267397039475, from Amazon someone called me for address verification but the call was not clear and they didn't call me another time as the call was toll-free no.so I can't call back them.this happened twice with me .my order was placed on 22/11/2021 from Guwahati.Assam.please help me. thanks
