DTDC courier - Till now my customer was not yet received the consignment

With the Docket no D54209526 was booked at Bangalore on 18th September, consignment was reached to Balanagr, Hyderabad on 20th September but till now the courier boy was not yet supplied the stocks to my customer. Even though I tried to call to DTDC Balanagar contact number. The number is getting switched off from day before yesterday. I need immediate action. Kindly appoint good attitude and time sense courier boys.
