I booked a parcel delivery via Received no. 297456295 to Hindaun City (pin 322230)District – Karauli (Rajasthan)from JK Lakshmi cement ltd through Pushpak courier Aburoad on 4/4/2023 but still, it has not been handed over to the receiver.
Parcel was received at M/s pushpak courier hindaun on 18/4/23 , instead of delivery the person asked to collect it from his office . he is also talking very rudely .

I send some documents by this post due to urgnecy but they are just playing with it . it giving me mentally torcher from last 15days .
i also file complaint on their customer care id (pushpakcourierjpr@yahoo.com) and also call on mobile no. 9314505254 (of mr ,traun kumar of customer care ) but not get any response from them .

kindly take some action about the courier company
