Non delivery of parcel

Hello,

My parcel with consignment no. 500218051490 (Trackon Couriers) was dispatched on 8th of April from Jaipur and hasn't reached the destination, Telangana, yet. There's absolutely no way of getting a helpful response from any of the Trackon teams.

The employees at the booking office and the regional office in Jaipur are extremely unhelpful and disinterested in resolving the matter and there's no way to get in touch with the courier guys in Hyderabad.

Pls resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Pawan Sharma(representative of Bluedart in Ajmer) did not answer my call, accidentally when he picked up they always excused that we shift the office evenly he settled and still not delivered, I have recordings about this. evenly I told him if you do not want to provide my home address please deliver to my office address(iBirds Software Services, Ajmer) still he refused.
