Delivery boy cancelled my order without my permission.

Yesterday My Order Came From Amazon and the delivery boy called me on number that didn't worked.Ok After That when I called Amazon customer service and asked them they told PLZ update your number so I gave them my new number and they said u will get your courier tomorrow. Tomorrow again that foolish delivery boy called me back on that number and they when I didn't came he cancelled my order and said owner refused to take order ....As buffering date was 14 he should have wait for 14. Then when I called him he said parcel is with me wait for time I will try to give us.Till then I contacted Amazon customer service and told them about all this they said tell delivery boy to deliver u and mark in mobile as delivered so when I contacted delivery boy he refused to give me order and said Whatever u Want to do , do I will not give u as order as gone. 2 min. Before he told me he had the order...
