wish to inform you my daughter sent some original important documents through madhur courier on 22 nov 2017 vise receipt no. 2217and document [protected]from ashok nagar to dehradun. I regret to inform you that in 16 days i have not received the courier and more over your ashok nagar mp branch staff is very irresponsible they give always reply that courier reached on 24.11.2017after that we are not able to help you. They are taking very lightly. This behavior is not appreciable. Kindly do the needful and take necessary action
