Important official document booked on 23/01/2017 at Silchar DTDC office. It should be delivered on 27/01/2017 at Kolkata. Instead of that it has return back to Silchar for that I have lost Rs.11000/-. Reason is Address is correct but person not found. Concerned person name & mobile no clearly written over on envelop. If not found than he can be called up. but instead of that it was return back. Now when I asked them for return Rs.80/-which has been charged from me they denied. My question is without informing me and receiver why you have returned back my document. If you return than you have to pay me Rs.80/- which was charged by you at the time of booking because I have not avail any service from you. I am really sorry to say that their behavior and language so rough I was harrased like anything. Would request you to do the needful at your earliest
