Complaint for booked a flat of Ekdant India Ltd. Project at Meerut

Dear Sirs,

We had booked a flat of Ekdant India Ltd. Project at Meerut in the name of Ekdant Palace and the booking details are herein below:

After 6 months they informed us that the Flat Unit numbers are being changed due to changes in Map as per MDA and they allotted the revised Flat Unit, details are herein below:

2) Cheque No. 936057 dated 20/03/2014 for Rs. 6,378.00 payable on State Bank of India, Meerut
3) Cheque No. 936058 dated 12/05/2014 for Rs. 2,06,380.00 payable on State Bank of India, Meerut
4) Cheque No. 936059 dated 12/03/2014 for Rs. 6,378.00 payable on State Bank of India, Meerut

Ekdant India Limited had appointed to M/s Hind Infrastructure & Developers at 313/1, Status Complex Mangal Pandey Nagar, University Road, Meerut 250001 (UP).

Now Hind Infrastructure & Developers office does not exist at above said location. The have left from there and no one knows their Address.

Mr. Saurabh Arora & Mr. K.B. Tomer was running the Hind Infrastructure & Developers and Mr. K.B. Tomer contact number is 08006400577. But Mr. K.B. Tomer denying that he does not belong to Hind Infrastructure & Developers.

We are trying to contact at Ekdant India Limited via E-mail & above said contact number but we are not getting any response.
