The contractor took advance of 3 lakh, after that he gave a cheque that if he won't be able to provide promised service than we can withdraw our advance money from cheque but his account is having 0 balance & his signature is incorrect. He is not receiving our calls nor coming to meet us since months & he is not doing our construction work neither returning the money,it's cheat & fraud ..
His name is Alok jaiswal ,he runs sara bhato construction.
