Contractor not giving the Furniture after taking 90% Amount

I Tanmay Pareek (Resident of Nehru Nagar ,Kurla (E) , Finalise the Contractor (Mr. Masud (7021531419) and Mr. Yunus) for our home . Initially he agreed to provide the Furniture within 17 Days but its been 4.5 months and still he did not provided the Finished Furniture and in the mean time he has already taken 5.56 Lakhs from us against 6.35 Lakhs (As agreed).
