Mr Vijay Kumar ,contractor for furniture work, was assigned kitchen furniture work for rs48000/- with materials, He took an advance of RS 20000/- and started work , After two days he stopped the work and did not come to the site for more than two months, despite several phone calls. Due this week suffered monetary loss of app Rs15000/- He didn't come to take his tools etc. till date.

Our demand for refund of our advance money not met by the contractor,
Please settle the case and refund of our money.
