Agreement to fix vitrified tiles on the floor of the flat. But something other than vitrified tiles fixed on the floor. Agreement to fix Modular switches. But singular/normal switches fixed on the switchboard.

    This is to inform that I Gopi Ganji (Mobile No-9246116653) representing Ms.Tirumala Traders am a distributor for FMCG in Hyderabad. As a part of expansion of my business i was approached by Ms.Super6 Products (P) LTD. AN ISO 9001:2008 company with registered office adress: #230, 11th Cross, B-Block, Nachanahally Paliya, J.P.Nagar, Mysore-570008 (KA), contact no off:0821-24060826, Fax: 0821-2461726, Email:ceosuper6@gmail.com website:www.supersixindia.com, www.supersixproducts.com, towards appointing me a commission agent for distribution of their products in Hyderabad. As per the understanding between the company and myself i deposited a amount of Rs.1,00,000 on 19/12/20015 thru cheque number 955978, United Bank Of Indeia and the same cheque was cleared. As per the understanding stock was to be supplied within 7 days from the day of payment. As per the agreement stock was not dispatched and trusting the company i once again made a payment of Rs.1,50,000 through NEFT on 14/01/2016. Despite my numerous calls and my personal visit to Mysore thrice and met the Company CO Mr.Venkat Ramana Mobile no 9663132726, who is only giving false assurance that he would be supplying stocks shortly but so far for the past 4 months i have neither received stock nor my payment. On my regular persuasion with company CO Mr.Venkat Ramana he is only giving false promise and oflate is threatening that he has neither any stock or money and he is telling to do whatever i want but he will not budge. I being a small time trader trusted the company and invested Rs.2,50,000 and i have been cheated. TO the best of my knowledge the Company has cheated many business men and out of sheer pain and anguish i am approaching Jago Grahak Jago for justice. I would also bring to your notice that not only the business like me but also company appointed Regional Sales Manager Mr.Raghavendra Sharma (mobile no-7799399667), Area Sales Manager Mr.K.Venkateshwar Rao (mobile no-9849436222), have been approached and they are expressing their helplessness. I have proofs of the entire documents and will be submitted if required. I earnestly request you to kindly look into this fraud by the company and do justice. Awaiting a prompt action,
