V guard stabliser - Deny to replace and install the stabliser

I purchased V guard stabliser along with 1.5 ton Hitachi AC FROM D STORE on 14/06/2018. Next day it was delivered to me without stabliser. After complain they send me stabliser of Microtek which is not working. Now store manager is not picking the phone and other staff simply denied to change the same with appropriate stabliser on the site.
Please take necessary action.
