Online complaint for transaction got failed during paid bill on paytm

Hello Team,
I paid my electricity bill through paytm on 14th of August, transaction got failed but amount of Rs.652 got deducted from my account then i was complaint on paytm through mail then they replied "kindly coordinate with your bank. So,i want money back in my account. Please help me regarding this.
