Dear Sir,
I was visited M/S. U.P.HANDLOOM KENDRA 9, SHOPPING ARCADE, W-GATE, TAJ MAHAL, AGRA-282001 on 01.03.16 during our tour and had selected three sarees of amounting Rs.3550/-. The Manage told "we shall parcel the saree if you apy an amount of Rs.1350/-and balance Rs.2200/- shall be paid at the time of delivery at your home." I paid an amount of Rs.1350/-vide their order form/bill Bool No.81Serial no.4019 dt.01.03.16.
After 15 days the parcel come through Post office and I take delivery by paying Rs.2310/-towards Balance oamount Rs.2200/- + Posta charges Rs.110/-.But when I opend the parcel I become surprise to see that all sarees are different what I have selested and just I talked to Manager, who confirm to return the saree and payment will be made after receipt.I rebooked the sarees through DTDC courier on 25.03.16 vide Docket no.K84255017 by paying an amount of Rs.250/-.
After several telephonic & written reminder they have transfer in my A/c. Rs.3200/-only instead of Rs.3910/-.Now for balance Rs.710/-they are not ready to return.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look in to the matter and take a necessary action.

    I have booked 2 nos of saree and 2 nos blanket on dated 6-3-2017 at up handlooms a house ,6 shopping arcade western gate,taj mahal.The seller told me that you will get the goods after 7 days of booking but today is the 10th day till now i have not received the goods and the contact number they gave on order slip is also not registered so i am not able to contact. So i request you all that if you purchase anything then take by hand.

    ना तो इसे मच्छर भागते हैं इस बेडशीट से और उसके धागे धागे निकल गए हैं बड़ी घटिया क्वालिटी के एक बार धोने से ही खराब हो गई है और उन्होंने मुझे कमिटमेंट किया था कि इसमें मच्छर नहीं आएंगे लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नहीं है यह बकवास है 1850 की मिलती है जो कि बहुत ज्यादा घटिया क्वालिटी है
