I currently in Dubai and went to Kottayam to attend marriage and bought Titan Watch,model no:9162YL02 on 20th April 2017 from Jojo watch house. I have attached the bill.The watch is not working properly since DAY3 and i already raised complaint for this-5337304235245568.They were not ready to exchange watch when i was in COCHIN on 24th April (4Days passed since i bought watch)and said that it can be only exchanged from where i bought.They checked the watch and told it had some mechanical reset and will be fine now.But still facing problem.I have already spent more than half the money to watch to get it checked and running after showrooms.Since i am in Dubai now so again getting the watch repair will be more that the watch cost which is not worthit.I didnt knew that TITAN quality is so bad that the watch stops working in 2 days and even aftyer complaining no response from anyone .It is totallu unacceptable for company like TITAN.
