Dear sir/mam,
I have a complained against; M/s. Stepway, addressed at, Gujarat; (A part time online job providing group).

I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. I joined the group and taken a project as well as agreed with their agreement to send my Aadhar card copy, the time period for 3000 form filling was 15 days, before proving the work task, they felt me that the provided task is very simple and easy (as normal as we do in our daily life), I requested them to send a sample copy. They Told me that company will provide a user ID and password after login through that id i can start to fill the form but they didn't gave me any ID or password . But after 15 days i got a call for penalty, because of I was unable to complete the task, and after seven days I got a mail in reference of Minhaz M. Patel, who said himself a advocate, letter on this person called me and suggest to pay total penalty of 4900 Rs. within seven days, and also suggest that if I would not pay this amount within the given time period then I will have to present in SURAT court (Gujrat), I feel that this is going wrong and they cheat me, please help me and suggest what I should do next.

    I had a call from stepway services, and I'm asking her that I will call her back, but after 5 minutes she will send me the work, and I'm not interested to do it and I asked her that I will call her back. Now their advocate Advocate M Patel asks to pay the penalty amount on today's evening otherwise they will take legal action. How can a student like me can pay that huge amount of 10257 ????
